The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is about a 20 minute drive from my house. If I’m coming from Orlando, it’s my sign that I’m in the home stretch and my apartment isn’t far away at this point. Each party can choose their own starter, entreé, and dessert. The menus are available at The Rez Grill Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday and Sunday-Thursday at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood.

Hard Rock Cafe

The Hard Rock Cafe debuted a new menu last month to celebrate Founders’ Day. More than 20 items are added to the menu including its award-winning Steak Burgers, one of which is the 24-karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger. A portion of all proceeds from the burger benefits Action Against Hunger to end world hunger.

Weekend Brunch

Brunch is more popular than ever with restaurants planning entire events around the meal. Fresh Harvest Buffet serves bottomless champagne or mimosas along with a number of breakfast favorites and different cuisines. Indulge in comfort foods like cinnamon buns and Huevos Rancheros with a couple glasses of white peach sangria at The Rez Grill.

Jubao Palace Noodle Bar

The 44-seat contemporary restaurant fusing Cantonese and Vietnamese, allows visitors a close-up experience of watching their food being made. Now, everyone can order their new Vietnamese Iced Coffee blended with coffee and sweetened condensed milk. The process to a refreshing drink involves a meticulous process to get the right drip.

L Bar Summer Cocktails

The newly unveiled venue serves as a lounge with plush seating and live music on the weekends. The bar highlights a few new drinks this summer. If you want to take a break from the casino or on a date night with your person, they’re offering a Blueberry Margarita, Chiki Tiki, and a Prickly Pear Caipirinha.
