When I needed something quick and easy to eat at work, @harvestbowl “BYOB" option came in clutch.

I made my bowl with jasmine rice, house mix, Meditteranean and pulled chicken, balsamic Brussel Sprouts, and sea salted sweet potatoes topped with their lemon herb tahini sauce.

Black-owned restaurants like @7thandgrove and many others in this area deserve as much attention as possible not only when injustices happen against Black people or when you’re feeling performative.

When @helloluci invited me out to @jenisicecreams at @sparkmanwharf, I couldn’t say no. Summer in Florida is already a mess and Brambleberry Crisp was THE BEST FIX.

Usually when I go to @grainandberry, I go for one of their açaí bowls. I decided to taste their Seas the Day spirulina bowl, which is chock full of some of my favorite fruits plus granola, honey, and hemp seeds, on a recent trip. I’m pretty sure this kept me pretty full for a few hours afterwards.
