Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa announces the opening of four new concepts within the resort. The new concepts are: Cipresso, a contemporary Italian trattoria; fast-casual coffee spot Constant Grind; the new Pool Bar & Grill serves lunch and dinner; and The Cellar, an upscale wine and retail space. These new spaces join the other 11 restaurants, lounges, and bars that give guests endless dining experience possibilities.

Cipresso is where tradition Italian-American faves come together with elegance. The restaurant features an innovative cocktail and wine program with drinks like housemate limoncello, over 100 wines, and craft cocktails with Italian classics like Fernet About It and La Famiglia. Guests enjoy handmade pastas and pizza in the dining room, a 24-seat bar, or intimate pizza counter; or host an exclusive event in the 16-seat private dining room. A few notable dishes are the Carne Pizza, made from dough fermented over 2 days, Lasagna made with pasta from traditional 00 flour, and Nonna’s Meatballs served with ricotta cheese and grilled bread.

The Pool Bar & Grill sits adjacent to the hotel’s 3 pools with astonishing views of the tropical oasis area. Casual yet upscale lunch and dinner selections like The Big Dog, Fish Tacos, and Louie Salad are served every day of the week. Desserts includes a variety of ice cream sandwiches filled with house made gelato. The bar features an extended list of specialty and frozen cocktails like the Lemon Surge.

At Constant Grind, guests can find several casual snacks and light meals comprised of freshly made pastries, fudge, sandwiches, and 12 types of gelato. Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert developed a handcrafted chocolate menu that satisfies everyone’s sweet tooth. Expect to peruse the menu and find Lavazza coffee and espresso specialty drinks.

The Cellar is where all wine-lovers can taste and purchase award-winning wines and premium spirits. Don’t forget to look up at the three chandeliers, custom-made from wine glasses, as they dangle from the ceiling and light up the days featured drinks on the tasting table. Other items to marvel at are the Enomatic machines where guests can taste a few wines prior to purchasing.

Hard Rock’s Food Court is newly renovated and is chock full of great foods to choose from. Between milkshakes, burgers, healthy options, and Asian, there’s plenty of choices.
