Armature Works hosts Tampa Repeal Day pop-up cocktail party
Armature Works is hosting the 2019 Repeal Day Pop-Up Cocktail Party next month on the Riverwalk. This exclusive cocktail event is the kickoff to this year’s Tampa Repeal Day Gala.
In its 10th year, Repeal Day Tampa Bay began as a way to celebrate the end of prohibition and is one of the most anticipated events in the city.
“Tampa Bay Repeal Day is the best annual celebration of the American ability to enjoy imbibing in spirits,” commented Repeal Day Chair Ingrid Shawn Rodriguez. “It’s a celebration of the Volstead Act’s repeal, the artistry that makes the cocktail scene thrive, and the culture behind the bar and beyond.”
Enjoy the evening of live music from The Applebutter Express, light samples, and craft cocktails from the best of the national cocktail scene. This year’s event is a World’s Fair theme.
A dozen of the best spirits brands in the country each create a couple craft cocktails. Brands include Michter’s Bourbon, Santa Teresa Rum, Whistlepig Rye Whiskey, Dobel Tequila, London Essence, Del Maguey Mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, Diplomatico Rum, and Old Elk Whiskey.
The party is Friday, December 6 from 8pm-11pm. Tickets are $30/person or $50/2 people. Prices don’t include fees and can be purchased here.
