Best Dressed at the 2023 Met Gala

Fashion’s biggest night was a spectacle with its polarizing theme highlighting the late Karl Lagerfeld and a retrospect of his designs from design houses Chanel, Fendi, Chloe, and more. Obviously, expect to see a lot of Chanel (both vintage and archive) but designers took their inspiration of Lagerfeld into their own hands and created pieces channeling his vibe. I got to get to New York to see the Costume Institute’s “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” exhibition ASAP…or at least look at it online.
