Hilary MacMillan to open first pop-up during New York Fashion Week
Contemporary womenswear designer Hilary MacMillan celebrates the opening of her first-ever pop-up during the upcoming New York Fashion Week. The pop-up marks the official launch of an expanded trenchcoat capsule collection, which are a “symbolic product of the brand’s dedication to offering bold, optimistic and empowering ready-to-wear garments to a robust tie diverse audience.”
“Our trench coats have been such an important pillar of the brand’s product range since we first introduced them in 2021,” states Hilary MacMillan, founder and designer of Hilary MacMillan. “To continue our 10th anniversary celebrations, bringing the trench coats to the first in real life shopping experience in New York City felt like a natural fit for the brand’s future growth and direction.”
The 15-piece capsule collection includes a variation of fabrics including denim, plaid, cotton, vegan leathers, and patent rain materials. Prices are affordable, ranging between $200-$245 USD ($275-325 CAD). Inclusive sizing spans XS-4X.
The Hilary MacMillan immersive pop-up will be located in the Nolita neighborhood at 242 Elizabeth St. Guests can shop the trench collection and other featured pieces from other Canadian brands like L’Intervalle starting Feb. 9 11 a.m. EST until 5 p.m. on Feb. 11 EST.
An exclusive partnership with 11 Honoré, now part of largest multi-branded online retailer dedicated to plus sizing Dia & Co, MacMillan’s collection will be available online to US consumers on Feb. 9 and launch globally on the Hilary MacMillan website Feb. 12 at noon EST.
