Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining returns next month with 150 restaurants

Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining returns next month for its 19th season with a record 150 restaurants, including 25 new additions plus nine MICHELIN Guide recognized. The restaurants will offer the usual three-course, prix fixe menus for $40.

Menus are now live at OrlandoMagicalDining.com. Guests can book reservations and filter their search by various factors like neighborhoods, dietary restrictions, and more. New to the site is a list of different arts and culture events curated by United Arts of Central Florida to round out their Magical Dining experience.

Florida foodies can take advantage of Magical Dining’s Magical Nights, which gives diners the opportunity to pair dinner with a stay at one of the area’s noteworthy hotels like the MICHELIN Keyed Ette Hotel Orlando.

“With record participation for 2024, Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining continues to shine a spotlight on Orlando’s vibrant and expanding culinary scene, offers diners delicious meals at even better prices and, best of all, benefits a local charity,” said Casandra Matej, president & CEO of Visit Orlando. “As we celebrate our 19th season, we are pleased to welcome Orlando Health as our presenting sponsor, and we look forward to our community coming together to support this year’s charity recipient, The Mustard Seed of Central Florida, a fantastic organization focused on community sustainability.”

Orlando Health is this year’s sponsor, which continues the current health and wellness partnership between the hospital and Visit Orlando.

“Magical Dining is beloved by not only our local community but also by visitors from all over who come to experience Orlando,” said Erick Hawkins, chief administrative officer, Orlando Health, and Visit Orlando board member. “As the Official Health and Wellness Partner of Visit Orlando, we’re thrilled to be the presenting sponsor of a program that not only supports our city but also gives back to fantastic local charity partners. This new element of our partnership propels forward our mission of caring for and about our community.”

“We are excited to be the beneficiary of Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining program,” said Kathy Baldwin, Executive Director, The Mustard Seed of Central Florida. “These funds will help us serve more clients in need of basic furniture for stability. Thank you for supporting a sustainable future for Florida.”

Dine for a Cause

Visit Orlando will also award a local nonprofit $3,000. Since 2009, Magical Dining has raised more than $2.5 million for local orgs. The program donated $269,272 for charities supporting abuse survivors in Central Florida last year, including organizations fighting against human trafficking like The Lifeboat Project, which was able to hire a case manager, build a safe house, and purchase a vehicle for ride services.

Magical Dining starts August 16 until September 30.
