Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood to have Wicked-related experiences and exclusive merch
Universal Destinations & Experiences theme parks (Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort) invites guests to a variety of all-new immersive experiences and exclusive merch inspired by the movie upcoming movie Wicked, in theaters in November.
Experiences differ at each location:
Starting in late October, Universal Orlando Resort welcome fans to Wicked: the Experience to have the unique chance to step into the Land of Oz. This experience whisks guests along the iconic yellow brick road and into various Wicked locations from Shiz University to the Emerald City. Costumes and props created by designers from the film will be on display.
Universal Studios Hollywood transforms its Feature Presentation and UNIVRS stores into memorable experiences. Feature Presentation will show off props from the film, have a photo op, and costumes displayed inside the Universal Cinema in tandem with the film’s opening.
Fantabulous-themed dining complements the experiences at both theme parks in addition to Voodoo Donuts and The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen.
At the core of these things are new retail and exclusive products including an array of elevated apparel, home goods, accessories, toys, and more: The Shiz University collection features back-to-school must-haves like a Spirit jersey, duffle bag, tumbler, hat, journal, and more. Studio MinaLima developed exclusive, Wicked-inspired graphics and prints for items including clothing, accessories, home goods, and stationery.
Find the Wicked logo all over other items like hats, bags, notebooks, and mugs. Other products with the logo include Mattel dolls, Funko Pops!, LEGO sets, Loungefly bags plus cosplay and prop replicas from The Noble Collection.
