Busch Gardens Tampa Bay turns up with exciting flavors and fun with details about the 2025 Food & Wine Festival and Concert Series, which features brand-new culinary cabins, a crazy lineup of new and fan-fave artists, and concerts on Friday (for the first time!)

Beginning this Friday and running on the weekends through May 18, the festivities are included in regular park admission. Guests can enjoy concerts every Saturday along with additional performances on certain Fridays and Sundays. Photo ops, roaming performers, and special activities on non-concert event days. Annual Pass Members can return as much as they like to indulge in the various cuisines and entertainment.

This year’s festival features bold flavors from the Caribbean and India plus returning faves from South America and Europe. Savor dishes like Smoked Jerk Chicken with Caribbean Rice, Chickpea Masala, and Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice. Newly-created sweets include warm bananas with rum and vanilla ice cream. The selection of wines, craft brews and cocktails create delicious new adventures.
