Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen debuts new flavors, menu offerings

Dynamic Lake Nona Town Center destination Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen debuts a variety of new flavors with its latest additions to the menu. Known for vibrant shareable small plates and creative cocktails, the restaurant refines its menu with curated items highlighting seasonal ingredients and global influences.

Chroma‘s new offerings span lunch, dinner, brunch, and dessert. The updated menu debuts selections in the “To Pick” section like including Avocado Fries with jalapeño ranch, Braised Chicken Tostones with cotija cheese and Charred Octopus with crispy potato, olives, tomato and lime. Guests can look forward to newer  “To Dine” selections such as Seared Tuna + Crispy Rice drizzled with wasabi crema, spicy mayo and scallions, or The Greek, a Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring grilled salmon skewers atop romaine with olives, chickpeas, red onion, feta and oregano. The “To Feast” section of entrées boasts Whole Grilled Branzino served with chimichurri and charred lemons and Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops with harissa yogurt and ras el hanout. Updates extend to the sides with Maitake Mushrooms with roasted garlic and thyme and Cajun Rice with onion, celery, tomato and bell pepper.

Lunch introduces new additions to the “Pick Two” menu, including Chipotle Chicken Tacos, topped with avocado crema, queso fresco, and cilantro. Stop by for lunch and get one of their updated selection of sandwiches served with hand-cut fries. Order The Club, layered with roasted chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and garlic aioli, or the Steak Sandwich, served on fresh ciabatta with tomato, arugula, red onion, and blue cheese.
Weekend brunch at Chroma gets a boost from the comforting Country Biscuits with sausage gravy and New Orleans Beignets with caramel pecan sauce and powdered sugar. Lighter options include Tuna Tartare with avocado and wontons and Roasted Beet + Goat Cheese with pistachios and dill. Want something more heartier and savory? The Spicy Chicken Benedict, featuring crispy chicken tenders on a buttermilk biscuit with soft eggs, is a modern twist on a brunch classic.
On the sweeter side, the dessert menu introduces a new creation: Chocolate Mousse, a light and airy delight adorned with pecan praline cream and crunchy cocoa crumble.
