Waffle and artisanal ice cream The Dolly Llama opening 2 locations in Orlando

The Los Angeles’ dessert scene is dominated by The Dolly Llama‘s waffles and artisanal ice creams. The hotspot announced recently the signing of several franchise deals in 25 locations across California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Florida. The Dolly Llama began franchising in 2020 and has seen substantial growth since the start of this year.

“We’ve dubbed 2022 as our year for growth at The Dolly Llama, beginning with the opening of our first franchised location in Dallas, TX later this month,” said co-founder Eric Shomof. “Plus, due to the growing popularity of the brand, in the span of just a few months, we’ve signed deals for more than 25 locations across five states! This is an amazing accomplishment for our team and serves as great motivation to continue our efforts to further expand throughout the country.”

Guests at The Dolly Llama can enjoy the hand-crafted waffles and ice cream inside a cool, hip, fun environment. The aesthetics and IG-worthy designs like large neon signs, iconic llama footprints, and bubble-waffle shaped prints will definitely get your IG content popping.

The Dolly Llama brand offers authentic European flavors and techniques like traditional Belgian waffles and a Hong Kong waffle made with a special batter, making it crispy with a custard-like texture. Their three unique styles, the OG Liege, Bubble, and Bubble Waffle Jr., are the bases for the “Top Picks” waffle and ice cream desserts, ice cream waffle sandwiches, and a “Build Your Own” menu, where customers can “go nuts” and customize their own orders with unlimited toppings.

In addition to the the several spots slated to open across the country, two locations are coming soon to Winter Garden and Orlando’s Dr. Phillips neighborhood. Follow along on their Instagram or Facebook pages to see when and exactly where the new locations are.
