OddFellows Ice Cream Co. and SuperNatural Food & Wine host “SuperFellows” pop-up this weekend
Picture it: you’re walking around a weekend market and you’re craving a little snack situationThis weekend, OddFellows Ice Cream Co. and SuperNatural Food & Wine are doing a pop-up for one day only on August 7 during Sunday’s Fresh Market at Hyde Park Village.
“It just kind of came about naturally (super) as we talked about our businesses and life. I loved the vibe of his shop and the wines,” said OddFellows co-owner Mohan Kumar. “Donuts and ice cream just make sense, right?” (I hope y’all are nodding yes btw)
In an email, Kumar said SuperNatural’s donuts will be for sale along with sundae kits composed of ice cream AND donuts plus a limited-edition sundae named “SuperFellows”.
“OddFellows customers can get amazing donuts and SuperNatural customers can get our ice cream. The ‘SuperFellows’ sundae is truly special and really highlights both of us perfectly,” Kumar said.
We all got a sneak peek of the sundae earlier this week when a video dropped on OddFellows IG:
“The sundae starts with SuperNatural’s sesame miso glazed sour donut topped with cinnamon miso caramel Journey to Outer Space ice creams and covered in a sesame miso caramel,” said the post.
Don’t feel like waiting in line? Customers can preorder the donuts, SuperFellows sundae, and sundae kit on OddFellow’s website; prices range $9-$30.
Fresh Market at Hyde Park Village is on the first Sunday of every month from 10am-2pm.
Find OddFellows Ice Cream Co. at 718 S Village Circle Rd. Their days and hours are Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m-11 p.m.
SuperNatural Food & Wine is located at 305 E Polk St. and open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
