Built around romance, nostalgia, and the joy of everyday dressing, the beloved brand LoveShackFancy is opening its first Tampa Bay boutique at Hyde Park Village this weekend. The new store marks the brand’s third location in Florida and its first outside South Florida.

The new boutique draws inspiration from old, historic Florida homes and Palm Beach interiors that create a space that gives all the LoveShackFancy vibes. Large street-facing windows fill the store with natural light, while floral textiles and residential-inspired touches make the space feel more like stepping into someone’s dream home than a traditional retail destination.

“When I picture LoveShackFancy at Hyde Park Village, it makes me smile. I see someone walking through the neighborhood on a Saturday morning and stepping inside for what she thinks will be five minutes but suddenly losing half an hour. We always hoped that Hyde Park would be a place of discovery, of finding something hidden and special around the corner, and that’s exactly what LoveShackFancy brings,” said Samantha David, President of WS Development.

LoveShackFancy joins a collection of other popular fashion brands, including Zimmermann, ALICE + OLIVIA, Veronica Beard, and locally-owned Sunni Spencer to the Hyde Park community. This opening gives Tampa’s LoveShackFancy fans a place to gather, linger, and come back to.

“Hyde Park Village immediately felt like the kind of place where LoveShackFancy belongs,” said Rebecca Hessel Cohen, founder of LoveShackFancy. “There’s something incredibly special about the neighborhood, it feels personal, walkable, social, and beautifully lived-in rather than manufactured. Our stores are always designed to feel emotional and immersive, almost like stepping into someone’s home, and Hyde Park Village already has that same sense of warmth and discovery built into it. We’ve had customers in Tampa shopping the brand for years, so opening here felt like a very natural next step for us.”

LoveShackFancy makes its Tampa Bay debut with a two-day grand opening celebration on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11. The weekend opens with a ribbon cutting ceremony July 10 at 10 a.m., followed by a DJ spinning throughout both days, signature pink juices, and a collection of Tampa-only products available for a limited time. The first 100 guests on opening day will receive a GWP embroidered tote filled with surprises.
