Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza now open in Orlando’s Waterford Lakes Town Center

Acclaimed Miami-born pizzeria Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, known for its artisanal star-shaped pizzas and Michelin recognition, is now open in East Orlando’s Waterford Lakes Town Center. The restaurant joins other Orlando-area locations in Lake Mary, Dr. Phillips, and Oviedo.

Founded by internationally acclaimed Italian chef Renato Viola, Mister O1 has grown from a Miami Beach hidden gem into a nationally celebrated brand with more than 30 locations across Florida, Georgia and Texas. The brand continues to expand across the Southeast and beyond with its 72-hour fermented dough and its playful approach to flavor and premium ingredients both imported from Italy and sourced locally.
“Through months of outreach and getting to know the community little by little, I’ve learned that Waterford Lakes brings together an extraordinary mix of people, from college students and young professionals to families who have made east Orlando home,” said Fabiana Felice, local marketing coordinator. “We can’t wait to become part of their routine, whether that’s a weeknight dinner, a weekend lunch with friends or a celebration with the whole family. Our team is getting ready, and we look forward to welcoming everyone this fall.”
Earlier yesterday, the grand opening of the Waterford Lake location was celebrated.
“Orlando, Waterford Lakes location is now OPEN!,” says the celebratory post on Instagram. “We are so excited to welcome you to our store #4 in the Orlando area.”
The Waterford Lakes menu showcases a range of signature and specialty offerings from fan favorites like the Star Luca, with ricotta-filled points, to inventive creations like the Coffee Paolo, which features Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, honey, coffee and spicy salami. Guests can also expect the classics like cheese and pepperoni, as well as standout specialties like the Mimmo, made with spicy salami calabrese, Italian sausage, honey, basil, ranch dressing and spicy black truffle seasoning.
Outside of pizza, the menu includes calzones, fresh salads, burrata (served with rosemary focaccia), and a selection of desserts. Finish your pie off with Mister o1’s Spicy Extra Virgin Olive Oil or White Truffle Oil and accompany your selections with Italian wines and beers from a bold Super Tuscan Ottava Rima to a crisp Mastri Birrai Umbri craft beer.
