4 Rivers Smokehouse debuts limited summer menu
Barbecue season is here so 4 Rivers Smokehouse celebrates with monthly specials spanning June, July, and August.
Their new Mac Attack Bowl kicks off the summer feasting. The bowl is available at all 4 Rivers locations except Downtown Orlando until June 27th. It features a creamy macaroni & cheese base stacked to the brim with any protein you want from pulled pork to even their vegan burnt ends, coleslaw or baked beans, 4R Signature Sauce, crumbled cornbread, and scallions.
July features the anticipated return of the Six Shooter. This fan favorite is made with baked cheese grits topped with a protein of choice, coleslaw, pickles, jalapeños, and 4R Signature sauce.
Lastly, the Brisket Burger rounds out the summer list in August. The burger is created from signature angus brisket that’s chargrilled then topped with melted cheddar, crispy fried onions, and 4R special sauce.
“Summer is always a special time for barbecue lovers of all types,” said John Rivers, Founder/CEO 4R Restaurant Group. “We’re excited to debut the all-new Mac Attack Bowl this month and bring back two of our most popular dishes ever, the Six Shooter and the Brisket Burger. It’s going to be a delicious summer and we look forward to seeing all of our friends back in our Smokehouses!”
Besides the summer specials, 4Rivers added a new chicken and ribs combo, complete with a quarter chicken, quarter rack of ribs and 2 sides. Guests can order the combo daily whenever they want.
Like previously mentioned, all 4Rivers locations except Downtown Orlando and The COOP offer curbside services, which allows guests to pick up food with little contact. For those who’d rather dine-in, restaurants follow a social distancing seating arrangement.
4 Rivers Smokehouse summer menu ranges between $7.99-15.46.
