4 Rivers Smokehouse debuts new BBQ-inspired “John Rivers Originals”

4 Rivers Smokehouse, deemed “The South’s Best BBQ Joint” by Southern Living magazine,  released photos today of their new “John Rivers Originals” and they don’t disappoint AT ALL. John Rivers and the Smokehouse team created three all-new BBQ-inspired dishes, available at all 14 of its Florida locations, from fan favorites:

  • Burnt Ends Melt: Smokehouse Burnt Ends with melted provolone and cheddar cheese topped with caramelized onions on thick grilled sourdough bread.
  • Cheerwine Chicken Burnt Ends: 4R seasoned and smoked chicken with sweet hints of cherry, finished with a Cheerwine™BBQ Sauce.
  • Brisket Hot Dog: Quarter pound signature angus brisket hot dog on a griddled New England-style bun topped with special sauce, sliced onion and Smokehouse relish.

“We’re thrilled to kickoff 2021 with the introduction of three original creations that we anticipate will become some of our most popular signature dishes,” said John Rivers, Founder/CEO of 4R Restaurant Group. “It was fun putting a twist on some of our most popular items to create these unique new menu items. I can’t wait to share them with our guests and friends.”

Also, if you’re looking for food for the College Football Playoff National Championship Game and NFL Playoffs, 4 Rivers has 4R Party Packs, which can feed groups of six or 12 people.
