When I go out of town, one of the things I think that makes my trip all the more special is the hotel room. I want something nice and relaxing to stay in that’ll definitely enjoy my destination even better. For Tampa Bay, locals and tourists alike will surely get a kick out of the new hotel coming soon to Clearwater Beach.

Raleigh, NC-based Concord Hospitality Enterprises recently announced a projected opening of this summer for the new AC Hotel Clearwater Beach. The hotel will feature 144 rooms and will sit alongside the shores of Clearwater Beach to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Jeff Lidinsky will serve as general manager and Christina Kipp as director of sales and marketing. Lidinsky oversees operations at the Courtyard Clearwater Beach hotel (another Concord property) currently and adds AC Hotel to his list of responsibilities while Kipp will also oversee sales and marketing at Courtyard Clearwater Beach hotel also.

A press release says the AC Hotel Clearwater Beach will give guests beautiful water views from their room plus Soriée, the rooftop space to enjoy a Hot Girl Summer, nightly artisan drinks, and food. Enjoy a European-inspired breakfast and tapas-style dining AC Kitchen and AC Lounge. A library-focused workspace, resort-style pool with the Umbra pool deck bar, a Media Salon for meetings, and a 24-hour fitness center are other amenities on the docket to partake in. A host of amenities will surely complement AC branded signature moments like the European Welcome, Community Coffee, and the Lavender Turndown (I bet that smells wonderful).
