Perkins Restaurant and Bakery celebrates 65th anniversary with discounted pancakes
Perkins Restaurant and Bakery is celebrating their 65th birthday soon and to celebrate the big day with guests, the iconic brand honors its roots by serving up their famous pancakes for 65 cents October 9-15.
“As we enter our 65th year as the nation’s leading family restaurant, Perkins continues to appeal to loyal fans and attract new guests with our exceptional food, hospitality, and value,” said Diana Garcia-Lorenzana, Vice President of Marketing for Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. “Perkins started as a pancake house, and pancakes have remained a popular staple on our menu throughout the years. It was natural to spotlight them for our 65th anniversary and offer our guests a delicious way to celebrate this momentous occasion with us.”
A post on Instagram highlighted the milestone.
“We’re turning 65 and we’re celebrating in a BIG way with special gifts just for you!,” said the post.
The 65-cent pancakes will be available for one week. the offer is good for dine-in only at participating locations. Besides the discounted pancakes, Perkins has more goodies in store. The company will have vintage-inspired merch along with launching community initiatives connecting the brand with fans and other special events.
