My dad loves a good whisky and is borderline obsessed with cigars. The Big Smoke Meets WhiskyFest this weekend is right up his alley.

Fellow whisky and cigar lovers come together for Big Smoke Meets WhiskyFest. Publications Whisky Advocate and Cigar Aficionado have combined their marquee events for the ultimate celebration of premium cigars and great whisky. This year, attendees can collect and smoke over 30 different cigars and sample a wide selection of over 100 whiskies including varieties like single malt and blended Scotch, Irish, bourbon, rye, Tennessee, Japanese, Canadian and craft-distilled whiskies plus other premium spirits.

Guests will be able to talk to industry experts and leaders all about their whisky knowledge. Just last week, the event’s Instagram got everyone excited for the big event.

“T-minus 1 week until the Big Smoke Meet Whisky Fest! Secure your tickets today and join us for an unforgettable event filled with fine cigars and whiskies from around the world. Don’t miss out!,” said the post.

In a recent Cigar Aficionado article, actor Chaz Palminteri will be in attendance at the Epic Cigars booth handing out cigars from his new cigar line, A Bronx Tale Calogero, named after his character Calogero Anello from the movie. Other Big Smoke WhiskyFest featured guests named in the article include other cigar stars from Carlos Fuente Jr., Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, Rocky Patel, Rafael Nodal, Tim Ozgener in addition to Eric, Bobby and Drew Newman of Tampa’s iconic J.C. Newman Cigar Co.
