Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and Bridgerton collab on flavors out this month

*Lady Whistledown voice* It is with the utmost pride and joy that Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams announces a rare diamond of a collaboration.

To celebrate the upcoming fourth season of Netflix’s hit show Bridgerton, Jeni’s created two limited-edition flavors that encapsulates the decadence of the Regency Era. Each flavor debuts individually, mirroring season 4’s two-batch release dates of January 29th and February 26th.

The first flavor to make the first appearance on January 15th is Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake ice cream. This flavor is Jeni’s tribute to the fashionable and discerning monarch. It is a brown sugar and almond buttercream ice cream filled with raspberry rose jam and honey sponge cake. The cream has been tinted lavender at Her Majesty the Queen’s orders.

For the second release in February, Jeni’s had turned an everyday tea time ritual into something memorable. Earl Grey Creme Brûlée ice cream wraps the favorite tea blend into a salted custard with a hint of bergamot for delicate notes of citrus and florals. Burnt sugar candies are wrapped throughout for a sweet, lingering finish.

Customers can indulge in Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams scoop shops and online on January 15th. Earl Grey Creme Brûlée follows online on Monday, February 9th and in scoop shops on Thursday, February 12th. Both flavors will be available for a limited time.
