Palmette Brasserie and Bar sweetens summer with new happy hour launch
Palmette Brasserie and Bar has established itself as one of Tampa’s vibrant dining options and now the restaurant is giving guests one more reason to pull up with the launch of their new Palmette Happy Hour. The new happy hour is for an effortless evening and a chance to linger over handcrafted drinks and shareable plates.

“Whether you are craving a crisp Signature Palmette Margarita or pulling up for a plate of Truffle Parmesan Fries, we have your post-work plans covered,” says the post. “Bring your crew and let’s get the good times pouring!”
The Palmette Happy Hour menu offers items for all appetites. Start off with the Truffle Parmesan Fries and pair with a flavor of their Traditional Wings: Buffalo, BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, or Plain. Chicken sliders come three to an order on a brioche bun with pepper jack cheese, crispy onions, and bourbon bacon jam, while the classic Sliders feature grilled beef with cheddar, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, and Palmette’s signature sauce.
Domestic beers are $6, house wines are $7, and Tito’s & Soda is $8. If you’re interested in something more crafted, an Old Fashioned costs $9, and the Signature Palmette Margarita, a nod to the restaurant’s Florida-forward cocktail program, is $10. The Tampa Bay Sunset Special pairs any happy hour appetizer and cocktail for $18.
