Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announces Spring Vine & Dine menu

I went to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar last month for Valentine’s Day and enjoyed myself immensely. Robert and I went for their “A Taste for Twosday” and ordered the Tomahawk steak we’d been eyeballing for the longest. The Tomahawk steak was so juicy and our sides were delicious as well. At $135 per couple, “A Taste for Twosday” is a meal and experience both parties can equally enjoy.

Just recently, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announced the steakhouses have a new limited-time spring menu offering called Spring Vine & Dine, which is perfect for a new season full of date nights with your SO or friends!

Their Spring Vine & Dine menu started last week with guests having the chance to experience 3-courses with “flavors of spring” and wine pairings from Long Meadow Ranch. Each dish lets guests “discover” how the tastes of the ingredients and wines pair well.

The Spring Vine & Dine menu is as follows:

First Course

Macadamia Citrus Salad

Fresh arugula, crispy watermelon radish, toasted macadamias, shaved parmesan, and a touch of Hawaiian black lava salt come together with a tangy citrus vinaigrette for a true symphony of springtime flavor. Paired with Long Meadow Ranch Chardonnay

Second Course

The Spring Trio

A vibrant tasting trio that features a tender tournedos of beef, succulent butter-poached lobster, and a seasonal vegetable ratatouille accompanied by a velvety spring pea puree sprinkled with earthy Hawaiian black lava salt. Paired with Long Meadow Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon and Long Meadow Ranch Pinot Noir

Third Course

Dreamy Espresso Delight

A smooth & silky chocolate espresso semifreddo with accents of vanilla, cocoa chili crumble, and a deliciously tart strawberry coulis. End with a bite of house made pistachio brittle or chocolate truffle.

Spring Vine & Dine lasts until June 15 and is $90/person. Fleming’s fans can make reservations here.
