MICHELIN Guide 2023 names Orlando, Tampa restaurants as newest additions

The MICHELIN Guide 2023 announced new additions from Tampa and Orlando to their Florida selection yesterday.

We are eager to share the 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide in Miami, Orlando and Tampa,” said Gwendal Poullennec, MICHELIN Guides International Director. “Florida’s finest flavors continue to impress the inspectors, who have enjoyed their visits to the Sunshine State. The restaurant teams are clearly inspired to serve the most delectable cuisine to food lovers – day in and day out. We are excited to celebrate their accomplishments and can’t wait to share those new discoveries with gourmets and travelers.”

For those unfamiliar, the MICHELIN Guide lets us all know the “culinary gems”, which are awarded either Bib Gourmands or Stars.

“By revealing some of the new additions made by our inspectors throughout the year, we enhance our digital tools to further strengthen the ties that bind us to food lovers,” Poullennec said. “We hope that these regular revelations and updates to the selection throughout the year will provide opportunities to highlight the profession and invite everyone to discover and support the restaurants around them.”
